Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Wetopia center operation and Community Management (CM) movement, including general administration etc.
  • Manage and control office expenses and financial forecasts.
  • Meet and greet all walk-in visitors.
  • Handle all enquiries via phone, email and other modes of communication.
  • Create and implement in house operation procedures and standards.
  • Any other related task assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • At least a Diploma in Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent. 
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Accounting/Office administration is preferred.
  • Must familiar with Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
  • Attention to details.
  • Possess pleasant personality & able to work as a team.
  • Able to be proactive and work with less supervision.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license.
  • Willing to relocate within Klang valley or JB.
  • Matured, strong personality & highly motivated.
