Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date statistics and analysis of the local real estate market, providing insights for both internal and external clients.
• Develop, implement, and lead a strategic office research plan that aligns with the firm’s local business objectives.
• Leverage knowledge from research for product development, client projects, and business development initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
• Actively contribute to business development efforts by working with marketing teams and business leaders to position research effectively.
• Represent the organization positively in all client-facing interactions.
• Manage the production of local research reports and collateral, continuously improving the research platform and output.
• Write, edit, and organize research reports for local and national publications.
• Present compelling trends and analyses to internal teams and clients regularly.
• Analyze and create reports on the local real estate market and regional economy, focusing on employment statistics, major company activities, industry trends, and demographics.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on analysis to support business strategy.
• Handle day-to-day data entry duties, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and maintained.
• Respond to requests for information and data from external and internal clients promptly.
• Prepare and present reports to executives and committees, providing clear and actionable insights based on market analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 0-3 years of experience in property analysis, real estate research, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on providing insights and recommendations.
