Be part of Community Managers who will be responsible with the following:

• Work together with external contractors to handle repairs, cleaning, and maintenance work to ensure all units are in good condition.
• Assist in moving in and out the process for tenants.
• Execute and maintain compliance with Wetopia & building policy.
• Maintain good relationship with JMB and compliance with local authorities.
• Assist the other team in Welcoming Day and other events organized by the company.

Job Requirement

• Have at least 2 years of experience in Building Management/Hospitality/Tourism or related industry.
• Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Proficient in using MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel) & Google Suites
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess own transport and valid driving license.
• Willing to relocate within Klang Valley or JB.
