Job Description

A Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible to plan and execute strategies for all assigned marketing campaign to advertise product to prospect through multiple channels. This role is expected to work in a team or collaborate with other department to ensure the campaign runs as per target to achieve expected results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business.
  • Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success.
  • Ensure campaign implementation follows organization and business guidelines.
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results and share with the team on progress.
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
  • Organize campaign material including writing and proofreading marketing copy, and multimedia materials
  • Able to manage a team or collaborate with other team to achieve marketing campaign target.

Job Requirement

  • Possess at least a Diploma in any related background.
  • At least 1 year solid experience in managing marketing campaign and digital media buying. Experience working in marketing and advertising company is an advantage.
  • Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self-starter, fast-learner & independent. Able to work with less supervision.
  • Possess a good sense of creativity, resourceful and self-initiate. 
  • Flexible and good with time management.
  • Proven with a good track record (Candidates with corporate/freelancing experience must be able to produce some samples of work/portfolio/write-ups).
  • Basic skills in copywriting, graphic design, and video content creation.
  • Possess intellectual curiosity and an interest in advertising technology and media buying.
  • Basic skills in running and managing campaigns through one or more ad platforms.
