Job Description

A customer service executive is an individual who is able to respond to inquiries from prospects that come from multiple online platforms. Any potential candidates should be able to fulfill the following criteria(s):

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all inquiries from CRM platforms and social media platforms. 
  • Learn all product knowledge to handle inquiries from prospects.
  • Assist to update listings in the marketplace.
  • Work hybrid and collaborate with different departments to achieve targets.

Job Requirement

  • Possess at least a Diploma in any related background.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service role, especially in helpdesk, telemarketing, support.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. (Other languages are added advantage)
  • Great customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work shift rotations (am/pm/midnight shift).
  • Able to work on public holidays and weekends.
  • Flexible and able to manage time effectively and efficiently.
  • Fresh graduates with a passion for customer service and excellent communication skills are highly welcomed to apply.
