As a Admin Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Project Acquisition Team in general administrative task. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the team's engagement with property developers and the successful acquisition of project deals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the team’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
Organize and coordinate meetings with property developers and internal stakeholders.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Arrange travel and accommodations for team members as needed.
Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation related to project acquisitions.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of business proposals, contracts, and agreements.
Ensure all documents are accurately formatted, signed, and stored.
Job Requirements
Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 1 year of solid experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & Google Suite
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in the real estate or property development industry is a plus.
