This two-year program provides hands-on learning to develop well-rounded skills in real estate, with training in finance and property management. It’s designed to help you start a career in the industry and rewards those with a determined, high-performing mindset.
Open to fresh graduates (Bachelor’s degree) and professionals (Diploma or higher) from any field, the program offers experience in various roles based on your background.
Below are the roles that you will be exposed during the apprentice journey:
Over the next 24 months, you will rotate through different business and operations units based on your background and experience.
You will complete up to 8 rotations, with ongoing mentorship and valuable learning throughout the program.
Your performance in each rotation will be evaluated to reflect your career progress and help determine your fit within the company.

Upon completing the Apprentice Program, you can either:
1. Be offered a permanent position within the FAR Capital group, depending on your performance and available roles.
2. Graduate and begin your career in real estate as a negotiator, mortgage consultant, or by starting your own property-related business, such as a rental management or renovation company.

To pass, a minimum score of 27 points is required. Only candidates who complete and pass the test will be invited for an interview.
