Job Description

Be part of Success Management Team who will be responsible with the following:

  • Manage and handle commission matters for Success Managers, including monitoring, tracking & reporting.
  • Attend to Success Managers enquiries related to commission in various form of communication.
  • Maintaining database and performance dashboard for Success Managers such as enquiry ticket, property purchasing progress, SM performance etc.
  • Perform administrative work such as Success Manager’s data entry; process commission payment; record keeping and data compilation and analysis. 
  • Communicate and follow up effectively with Success Managers in relation to commission, event registration etc. 
  • To assist and participate in the conduct of the team’s events such as webinars, property tour, product launches etc. 

Job Requirement

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Admin/Customer Service or related is preferred.
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
  • Proficiency in computer skills such as Microsoft Office & Google Suite is a MUST.
  • Possess pleasant personality and enjoy meeting people.
  • Self-starter with a minimum supervision.
  • Able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.
  • A team player who is confident and committed.
  • Possess good learning attitude, hardworking and self-discipline.
  • Willing to relocate within Klang Valley.
