As a Project Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and supporting the acquisition of property development projects within the primary market. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential in driving the company’s project acquisition strategy through close collaboration with property developers, agents, and internal stakeholders, while ensuring informed decision-making and successful project acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Source and identify new property development projects (primary market) for potential acquisition or collaboration
Liaise with property developers, agents, and internal stakeholders.
Assist on preparations of project summaries, comparisons, and proposals for dept head and management review
Assist in negotiation and coordination of commercial terms with developers
Maintain and expand developer / industry network
Track project pipeline and update dept head on acquisition progress (individual task updates)
Support ad-hoc tasks related to project evaluation, documentation, site visits and market intelligence.
Prefer candidates with existing developer or agency contacts (added advantage, non mandatory)
Job Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance related fields
1–2 years experience in sales, developer liaison, or real estate-related roles (Fresh graduates with strong interest and knowledge in property may be considered)
Good adaptability, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills is preferred
Able to work independently, proactive, and comfortable with targets / KPIs provided.
Familiarity with property market trends and basic financial concepts is a basic requirement.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic mathematics and reporting.
Proficient in Mandarin or Cantonese, as the role involves dealing with Chinese-speaking clients.
Possess a valid driving license and own a car.
Willing to travel for meetings and site visits, must posses a car. Ability to handle larger vehicles is a plus.
