The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and campaigns to elevate the brand presence of Wetopia and Grand Maison across digital platforms. This includes social media content creation, influencer marketing, campaign analysis, and collaboration with sales and digital teams to drive brand engagement, lead generation, and overall occupancy growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute engaging, creative, and innovative content for social media aligned with the brand direction of Wetopia and Grand Maison.
Manage a consistent social media calendar that aligns with product releases, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
Track, analyse, and prepare performance reports for all social media and marketing campaigns, offering actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Plan, source, and manage influencer partnerships and execute influencer campaigns aligned with target demographics.
Handle ad-hoc content and copywriting needs for marketing materials, including social media captions, emailers, brochures, and internal communications.
Work closely with digital marketing and performance teams to optimise paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for lead acquisition and brand awareness.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with occupancy targets and sales objectives.
Assist the Head of Marketing with other marketing functions including website updates, PR initiatives, brand collaborations, property launch events, and partnerships.
Job Requirements
At least a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or equivalent.
Have minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, especially in digital marketing.
Experience in property, co-living, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors is a plus.
Excellent copywriting, content creation, and visual storytelling skills.
Experience in managing influencer campaigns and digital ads.
Comfortable with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign dashboards.
Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
